And its SO true! When I go home to the states I immediately put on weight. It's like my body, just thinking about the yummy mexican and chinese food that is available up there just starts to pack on the weight! But so true that here, things just seem to work in favor of weight loss. (Too bad it doesn't seem to work for me-buuu!) But I would buy your book in second! um LOVE IT!!! And its SO true!
